By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, enrolling in workshops, subscribing to communications, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of Website
You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases through our website. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase or registration on your behalf.
Where practical, you may interact with us anonymously or using a pseudonym (for example, general enquiries).

2. Tickets and Event Attendance
All ticket sales are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
• Change performance dates, venues, casting, programming or running times
• Postpone or cancel events
• Refuse admission
• Remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate
If an event is cancelled, refunds will be provided in accordance with the ticketing provider’s terms and Australian Consumer Law.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other associated costs incurred.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without our consent.
3. Workshops, Programs and Enrolments
Enrolments in workshops or programs are confirmed upon payment.
We reserve the right to:
• Adjust program content or structure
• Substitute instructors where necessary
• Cancel or reschedule sessions
Refunds will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and any specific refund terms provided at the time of booking.
Participants under 18 years of age require parental or guardian consent.
A parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring that participants under 18 comply with these Terms and any instructions provided during programs or events.
4. Participation and Safety
Participation in workshops, rehearsals and performances may involve physical activity.
By enrolling or attending, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities.
You agree to notify us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries or additional needs that may affect participation.
We take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment but are not liable for injuries except where required by law.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices include GST where applicable unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing, you authorise us or our third-party payment providers to process payment using your selected method.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue in good faith.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust future pricing at any time.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind refunds are not available for ticketed events unless required by law.
Where an event is postponed, tickets may remain valid for the new date unless otherwise advised.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our materials—including text, graphics, logos, images, branding, video, design elements and promotional materials—is owned by or licensed to Got Ya Back Productions.
You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute or exploit any content without prior written permission.
This does not prevent sharing of publicly released promotional materials for the purpose of supporting or promoting our productions, provided the material is not altered.
8. Photography and Media
Photography and videography may occur at our events and programs.
By attending, you acknowledge and consent to images and recordings being captured and used for promotional, marketing and archival purposes, including on websites, social media and print materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us prior to the event.
For participants under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent must be provided for the collection and use of images.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use our website or services for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with website functionality
• Engage in behaviour that is abusive, defamatory, non-inclusive, threatening or harmful
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these conditions are breached.
10. Third Party Services
We may use third-party providers including ticketing platforms, payment processors and email marketing services.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or system failures of third-party providers. Use of such services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
11. Email and Marketing Communications

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
17. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Got Ya Back Productions in relation to use of our website and services.
