Join virtuosic pianist Brian Cousins and entertainer Tim Maddren for an unforgettable evening of music, laughter and sing-along favourites spanning the decades. From the high-energy hits of the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s through to beloved modern classics like Sweet Caroline, Get Lucky, Where is My Husband, Creep and so much more The Piano Party celebrates the songs that bring us all together.

Brian Cousins (Pianist)
One of Australia's most versatile pianists, with a career spanning classical, contemporary, folk and popular music. Following extensive classical training, he has performed as a freelance musician in concert halls, theatres, festivals and intimate venues throughout Australia and overseas. Brian spent ten years as a pianist with The Australian Ballet, working as a répétiteur, orchestral musician and solo artist. Career highlights include performing Ravel's Piano Concerto for Graeme Murphy's Beyond 12, singing for Pope Benedict XVI, and sharing the stage with Sir Paul McCartney. His artistry is defined by curiosity, versatility and exceptional musicianship.
Tim Maddren (Vocalist)
Entertainer, writer, director and producer with a diverse career across stage, screen and music. A graduate of WAAPA's Music Theatre program, he has performed in major Australian productions including The Rocky Horror Show, The Addams Family, Fiddler on the Roof and Altar Boyz. As a former member of Hi-5, Tim filmed 135 television episodes, released three albums and toured internationally. In 2017, he co-founded Got Ya Back Productions with his wife, Stephanie, producing more than 50 theatrical productions and a feature film. Tim is also Artistic Director of the Hastings School of Hard Knocks Choir.
GUEST ARTIST - Danika Clarkson (Dancer)
A performer, choreographer and dance educator with extensive training in RAD Ballet, LGTDA Tap and contemporary dance, including the Lester Horton and Martha Graham techniques. She holds a Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management and is qualified to teach Level One Progressing Ballet Technique. A passionate advocate for arts education, Danika has inspired young performers through her work in schools and dance studios across the region. She has proudly participated in the Stars of the Hastings campaign for the past three years and enjoys creating expressive, story-driven performances that combine strong technique with artistry and heart.
